Service Manager - Vocational

Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the National Manager - Disability Community, you will ensure smooth service operations and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on delivering quality services, motivating your team, and fostering a sense of value and fulfilment, all while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care.
Skills and experience: Knowledge of the NZ health sector and disability support servicesLead and motivate staff to improve lives for those we supportHave relevant experience in establishing and growing new servicesPossess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiencesCollaborate effectively across departments to achieve outcomesMake an immediate impact on service deliveryProven experience in identifying and ensuring quality assuranceIdentify growth opportunities in new regions and servicesHave a track record in developing and implementing operational plansDemonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges to build new support servicesWhat's in it for you?
