To help us with this, we are searching for a Service Manager to join our Invercargill Branch team.
What you'll be busy with:
As part of the Invercargill Branch team, this role is responsible for the proactive leadership of a team that are focused on growth and profitability through using the CON2ECT/Heart to Heart Member Experience framework to proactively identify and understand member needs and to recommend additional suitable products or services that will benefit the member including referring on where appropriate. Your role will be key in ensuring members are matched with the right solutions to meet their financial needs across the full product suite.
The Service Manager has primary responsibility for leading, coaching and developing their team of Banking Consultants and is responsible for proactively growing the business through key relationships and business development.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated sales and relationship building experience preferably within the financial services industry
Extensive exposure to customer service-related industry
Demonstrated team leadership and/or coaching experience
Computer literacy - ability to use MS Office tools
Knowledge of financial services products and processes
Excellent standard of communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and self-management skills
Able to work in a team environment
Works well under pressure and in a high-volume workflow environment
Passionate about providing a superior level of member service
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have or be prepared to gain NZ Certificate in finance (L5) within 6 months of commencing in the role.
This role is full time, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
