Deli Assistant Manager - New World Elles Road At New World Elles Road our Deli team are dedicated to offering an extensive range of fresh products and exceptional customer service. We're on the lookout for a passionate Service Deli Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role you will work closely with our Deli Manager to assist with the daily operations of our Deli Department, this includes carrying out daily production, packing and presentation of product within the department. You will also assist the Manager with planning and organising the day-to-day functions to ensure smooth and efficient service, co-ordinating training and management of the deli team, managing rosters, and driving KPIs to achieve departmental goals, all while ensuring compliance with procedures and food safety standards.  What you'll bring: A passion for fresh food and experience in the food industry.  Experience leading a team.  Honesty and reliability. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.  Commitment to adhering to food safety procedures.
