You will be responsible for the leadership of our Napier services, nationwide inventory control and maintenance control work. About the Role This is a full time permanent role that has three main components: The leadership and project management of our Napier aircraft maintenance team The management of the inventory system and ordering of specialised parts (often offshore) across the Flight Care Limited's locations Maintenance control of specific fleets of aircraft Flight Care Limited is involved in the execution of high-level aircraft maintenance tasks such as dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing, and reassembling aircraft engines, components, airframes, and systems. You need to be abreast of these jobs and be able to co-ordinate all activities. We also expect you to collaborate with staff, contractors, and clients on maintenance work and completion timeframes. Flight Care Limited is licenced under CAA part 145 and all dealings will come under these requirements. About you You have an engineering background, preferably with experience in the aeronautical industry. We expect that you have: Can project manage tasks, keeping both engineers and customers up to play Experience in maintaining meticulous record keeping and a good understanding of inventory control.
