Are you Hamilton City Council's next Service Desk Support Analyst?
We're looking for two Service Desk Support Analysts to join our Digital Services team. If you think it could be you, let's talk.
For this role, you must have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in IS, Business, or similar discipline.
Practical knowledge of ITIL and ITSM implementation.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based systems.
What does a day in this job look like?
You will be on the front-line providing 1st and 2nd level support to the elected members and employees of Hamilton City Council. You'll ensure that the business can provide uninterrupted services to our community and customers of HCC and our workforce remains productive.
Can I work flexibly?
You'll work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm and you will receive a 1-hour lunch break. (i.e. you will either start at 7:30am and finish at 4:30pm or start at 8:00am and finish at 5:00pm). Our Service Desk Support Analysts can also work from home one day per week.

Previously worked as a Service Desk Analyst in a similar-sized organisation (but if you have the right attitude, we'd still like to hear from you!).
