About the role: Based in our lovely Ponsonby office, you will be responsible for supporting users and systems, keeping track of problems and resolutions, onboarding/offboarding users, and documenting.
Key Accountabilities include: Triage and escalation or resolve ticketsProvide technical support via a range of support toolsOnboard and offboard staffDocument FAQ/Help guidesMaintain the asset registerTake ownership of problems and see them through to resolutionAbout you: Ideally, you will also have the following skills and attributes:
A relevant tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience1 – 2 years' experience will be advantageousExperience in the following will be advantageous:MS WindowsM365 SupportActive DirectoryAzure FundamentalsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsFantastic customer service skillsAbility to build strong stakeholder relationships and excel at stakeholder communicationWell-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information and concepts effectivelyGood interpersonal skillsEffective organisation skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage pressure to meet deadlinesWhy work with us?
