I'm looking for a proactive Helpdesk/ Service Desk Engineer to join the Customer Ops team of a Kiwi Network Solution Provider. This is more than just a support role; it's an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to get the foot in the door to advance their career in Network Engineering.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding support.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, cloud-based services, network security, networking hardware, equipment and software.
