The Datacom Customer Support team is responsible for a number of outsourced services for some of New Zealand's largest organisations. With functions spanning Service Desk, Field Service, Digital Enablement, and Product Management, our environment is dynamic and fast-paced. The role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will respond to phone calls and email queries from customers, guiding them through first-level technical support. You'll work with a team of close-knit, like-minded people, who support each other with more in-depth queries.
What you'll do:
Respond to phone calls and emails in relation to level 1 technical support.
Work to given Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
Problem solve and troubleshoot.
Multitask!
