You willcollaborate on the transition of service designs to fully implement, smooth and effective deployment and transition/handover to BAU and operations.Key deliverables Include:Consultation with ICT services to ensure that the operational readiness requirements have been fully documented.Delivery of a detailed plan to achieve the operational outcomes and handover of the service to BAU, with a focus on how the service will be managed through the transitional state.Developing a comprehensive service design, including the technical support matrix, processes, and key operational interactions.
