Key aspects of this role will include but are not limited to:Engaging with the client to understand their engineering risk profile, investigating and probing beneath the surfaceAdvising clients on how to best protect their business against risksContinuously learning new industries and companiesProviding survey reports and risk improvement advice on risk or potential risks to Underwriters and others within the businessSupporting the development of a profitable regional portfolioCompleting & reviewing survey reports for assets insured or quoted to minimise loss prevention and/or cover recommendations to underwritersProviding technical advice as required and supporting enhancement of departmental activitiesAbout YouYou may come from a diverse range of technical backgrounds, including engineering, police, surveying, refrigeration, mechanical, or civil & insurance.
