Service Design Specialist

Overview: Our client is on a mission to transform its delivery framework and tackle existing challenges head-on.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery Practice Facilitator to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
This role will focus on quickly identifying issues, eliminating waste, and driving efficiency within our complex delivery framework, which encompasses multiple pathways.
Key Responsibilities: Lead high-impact discussions and workshops with stakeholders to rapidly pinpoint delivery issues and challenges.
Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to uncover waste and inefficiencies.
Develop and implement actionable strategies to enhance the delivery framework and accelerate processes.
Collaborate decisively with stakeholders to reach conclusions and drive impactful decisions, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills.
Foster an environment that encourages candid dialogue and immediate feedback.
Utilize expertise in Service Design to effectively spearhead improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with the ELT and project teams to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals and accepted recommendations.
Monitor progress closely, providing real-time updates and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven track record in facilitating cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder engagement.
Strong background in Service Design and a deep understanding of delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with the business's operations and strategic goals is a major plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and forge strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for identifying process improvements.
