We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Kingsland, Auckland.

Ensuring all washroom products, such as air fresheners, soaps, sanitary bins, auto sanitisers, are serviced on time and fully stocked as required.Perform technical tasks, including the installation, removal, repair, and maintenance of all our products using standard handy-person tools.Regular servicing of First Aid Products, including first aid kits, defibrillators, eye wash stations, spills kits ensuring they are regularly checked, stocked, and fully functional.Ensuring that all products are installed and serviced to the highest standards of quality.Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.To Be Successful: Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.Strong handy-person skills and a confident ability to use various tools for installation, removals and repairs.You have should have attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential.NOTE: This is not just a delivery driver role. We are looking for someone who can install, service and maintain products at customer sites, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.
Requirements: A full and clean driver's license.You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.Join Our Team!
