About the Role As a Service Delivery Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of N4L projects and services. Working closely with the wider N4L team, you'll play a key role in our customer experience ensuring a successful end-to-end journey. You'll deliver customer excellence through engaging directly with customer scheduling, tracking, and documenting project deliverables. You'll be a key member of the Education and Engagement team that's focused on delighting customers and will collaborate with the PMO department to ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and update timelines to ensure project goals stay on target. Prepare project summary reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners, such as the Ministry of Education. Collaborate with team members to identify, communicate, and mitigate project roadblocks. Track project budgets and manage project documentation, ensuring it aligns with governance standards. What you will need to be successful: A passion for supporting customers through complex changes Approximately 3 years of experience in service delivery, project coordination or similar Ability to work independently, making decisions with minimal managerial oversight. Strong understanding of service delivery, and familiarity with cloud-based project management tools Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM - experience with Jira and Confluence beneficial. Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is advantageous; commitment to support the education sector is essential About you Dependable and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with all levels of management and key external contacts, including suppliers and Ministry of Education personnel. Brings a high level of integrity, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to achieving project goals. Outstanding organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple projects simultaneously. A clear communicator that's able to adjust your communication style dependent on your audience Skilled in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
