We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at Auckland City Toyota Mt Wellington!
About the role:  As our dedicated Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our technicians and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand and address each customer's unique needs, providing expert guidance throughout the service process.
You will manage daily bookings, clearly communicate service details to customers, and ensure our technicians have the necessary information to perform their tasks efficiently.
