Service Advisor

We are on the hunt for a bubbly person with great customer service skills for the role of Service Customer Care at our large purpose-built service facility in Penrose. The center redefines the customer experience around vehicle servicing needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives on customer experience and always gives their best version of themselves. This is a perfect role for either someone from within the service industry who wants to get on board with a company on the move with opportunities to grow or someone with similar experience in another industry wanting to get into the automotive sector.
Key requirements:
• Answering customer inquiries and providing advice and recommendations relating to the service and repair of their vehicles
• Making service bookings for our franchised brands
• Meeting and greeting clients and processing check-ins 
• Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions 
• Updating customer records and contact details 
• Maintaining online bookings 
• Always maintaining a professional approach to our clients 
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure customer experience is met.
About you: 
• You will have a welcoming approach. 
• Ability to multitask and deal with pressure at times. 
• Confident around operating motor vehicles. 
• Clean driver's license (minimum Restricted). 
• NZ resident with the correct paperwork for employment. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• History of reliable work ethic. 
• Ability to work Saturdays as per roster.
