In this role, you will be pivotal in performing Service Administration duties, ensuring the utmost efficiency and accuracy in our operations. Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and problem-solving skills will be valued in our fast-paced environment. We seek a candidate who thrives in managing a variety of tasks and can navigate the unexpected with a can-do attitude.What's On Offer:Balanced Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm.Career Development: Opportunities abound for advancement within our global organization.Ongoing Training: Benefit from our commitment to your ongoing training, mentoring, and overall personal and professional development.Responsibilities:Manage the service team's email inbox, field inbound calls and action incoming customer service requests.Produce and maintain various reports and registers and process paperwork with accurate and timely data entry.Handle data entry for stock takes and customer service updates.Enter staff commissions into our commission portal.Process orders for service team with various suppliers such as uniforms, stock, and equipment.Coordinate staff accommodation and travel arrangements as needed.Assist the service supervisors with day-to-day administration tasks.Facilitate onboarding documentation for new staff, including organising pre-employment medicals and drug tests.Enter near misses, incidents, injuries, and hazard observations into our health & safety system.Organise and manage regular on-site nurse and physiotherapist visits.Organise any contractors for any building maintenance work.Requirements:You must have at least 2 years' experience in administrative roles.Customer focus and attention to detail.You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.Apply Now to take on a role that offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a significant contribution to our continued success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
