Overall responsibility to provide support for the NZ business by managing the operational processes of the service team.Duties and Responsibilities:Managing calls and emails from customers including new job requests.Review and approve new quoted work using our system.Forecasting and processing purchase orders.Entering daily timesheets.Invoicing service jobs.Updating rental management data.Assisting with yearly audit and PPE orders.You require a combination of accounts and administration experience with customer service and data input ability. This is a busy role within our small office team based in Mahunga Drive, Mangere.Initially a 3-month cover role, this could turn into a long-term full-time role for the right person. Hours are Monday to Friday, with a 7am or 8am start, and there is car parking onsite.If you are interested, have the relevant experience, and are available now, send your CV to ******.
