Qualifications & Experience A passion for food, innovation and a keen desire for creativity and new ideas.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar café/restaurant with strong knowledge of all dietary needs, including but not limited to; vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-specific requirements.
Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication & team player.
Tasks & Responsibilities You will manage the kitchen and take care of the food preparation process, including maintaining appropriate stock levels and liaising with local suppliers regarding in-season produce.
Bring your creativity to the space and spearhead designing menu items.
Other responsibilities will be discussed further during the interview stage.
