As they continue to grow through a holistic, innovative and culture driven approach, they are now looking for a Crew Supervisor to join their Taranaki team.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in the training & mentoring of ALL Traffic staff from TTM Workers, right through to the STMS team. Your key responsibilities will be varied and further support from the management team will be provided to set you up for success in delivery of the below:Play an integral part of training & developing your teamEnsure compliance around all aspects of H&S as well as CoPTTMShow a keen interest and positive outlook on the new Frameworks for TTMHave strong relationships with existing businesses throughout the Taranaki regionHave the ability to introduce new business through contract deliveryFleet Management - manage the TTM fleet to ensure all vehicles are safeConfidence in delivery of daily briefing for your STMS teamQualifications/AttributesThis role is suited to someone who has experience within the Traffic Management industry. You may currently be a Crew Supervisor looking to join a new team, or you may be a current STMS CAT B-P or C-P looking to advance your career and take on your next challenge for the season ahead.
