About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering bespoke solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and traditional on-premises technologies, along with your knowledge of networking and architecture, to create impactful roadmaps and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and pain points.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Roadmaps: Create and present roadmaps that align our products and services with customer business needs.
Bespoke Solutions: Design tailored solutions that address the specific requirements of our customers.
Service Creation: Collaborate with our partners to develop service offerings that meet customer needs.
Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our products and services.
Business Understanding: Analyse and understand the business and technical requirements of our customers to design effective solutions.
Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and experience with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Microsoft Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Modern Work solutions. Exposure to Power Platform is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ICT, including networking, hardware, desktops, and servers.
Proposal Creation: Ability to create detailed proposals and statements of work.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Qualification: A qualification in a relevant technical field.
Growth Mindset: Not afraid to fail in order to learn and succeed.
