Senior Systems Engineer

Fluid Recruitment require a Senior Systems Engineer who can be responsible for the efficient implementation of automation and integration projects. In this role you are expected to keep ahead of system technologies and implementing technologies to projects as necessary.

You will be collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into our clients existing systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in automation technologies, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities: Operational, strategic and planning Assist in developing your department's strategic plan contributing specialist sector expertise.Assist with the identification and implementation of new initiatives that support key objectives.Keep up-to date of changes in the commercial environment and emerging technologies.Assist with the development of the operational plan.Provide advice into the development of your department's capital plan.Identify to your Manager Capital requirements that may impact on performance and efficiency.Manage assigned projects.Ensure projects are completed on time or preferably ahead of time.Ensure the solutions are meeting and exceeding client's requirements.Provide quality product and service to stakeholders.Ensure the most appropriate development tools and efficient techniques are applied to projects.Focus on improving engineering tools, techniques and methods to reduce implementation costs.Take appropriate action all projects are running to budget.Establish and implement proactive monitoring strategies for automation systems.Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot issues.Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the accuracy, stability, and security of automation systems.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and validation processes. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree.Experience in automation systems development and implementation projects.Proven experience with automation technologies and tools.Ability to lead and mentor automation engineers.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
