This is your opportunity to contribute to the growth and protection of the tribal putea for Ngai Tahu Whanui – Mo tatou, a, mo ka uri a muri ake nei (for us and our children after us).He korero mo te turanga - About the role:Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our group-wide finance system, Business Central (BC), and other key systems within our diverse business units.
Your role will involve system support, project management, process improvement, and user training.
You'll drive automation, standardisation, and simplification across our Finance systems, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Your ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers will be key to your success in this role.He korero mou - About you:You are a strategic thinker with a solid background in business systems analysis and project management.
Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, coupled with a deep understanding of finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P), sets you apart.
You are proficient in data analytics and have a keen eye for detail.
Your passion for continuous improvement and automation drives you to streamline processes and enhance system performance.
You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.Your experience includes:Extensive experience in business systems support, particularly with ERP systems.Proven track record in process improvement, project management, and software testing.Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with advanced functions.A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, business, or technology; a Chartered Accountant qualification would be an advantage.Experience in providing training, support, and troubleshooting for end-users.A genuine interest in Ngai Tahu values, and a commitment to cultural confidence and continuous learning.Mo matou - About us:Te Runanga Group is composed of the Office of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu and our commercial arm, Ngai Tahu Holdings.
