Mo te Turanga | About the Role We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity for an experienced accountant to provide support to users of BNZ Finance Systems (inclusive of the SAP GL, Planning & Forecasting, Reconciliation and Transfer Pricing systems).
In this role you will be assisting with maintenance and development of the systems and, enabling efficient delivery of accurate, timely and relevant information and insights to support our business.

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
We are looking for a proactive individual who is an exceptional problem-solver with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role you will ideally also have: A minimum of 5+ years experience supporting Finance Systems, preferably in the financial services industry.
Experience in SAP FI/CO module.
Experience in supporting finance reporting platforms.
Experience in master data and systems change management.
What systems / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
Due to a new system support requirement for the team, as well as backup support for other systems - this role will be working with SAP, Anaplan and OFSAA systems.
What will success look like for the candidate in this role?
Pro-actively working with various stakeholders in the business to resolve issues in a timely manner.
