Accounts Receivable / Sales Administrator

Access Solutions is a 100% NZ owned business that has carved out a niche as one of NZ's top Access & Forklift equipment providers. An opportunity now exists for an individual to join the team in the position of Part time Accounts Receivable/Sales Administrator.
This is the perfect chance to work with a team that is dedicated to providing quality service.  This is a  head office role with a mix of accounts receivable and a variety of sales admin functions.
Key duties include;
Accounts receivable / credit controlPreparation of daily cash flow forecastDaily bank reconciliation, new account set upA variety of tasks involving sales support and equipment leasing administration.Specific tasks as per request by senior management.We are seeking someone with experience in an accounts or administration role who possess's strong computer skills, ideally experience with Xero and Excel.  Great communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus and the ability to work unsupervised, multi task and remain calm under pressure is key.
