Accounts Administrator

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Mt Wellington for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator.

Key responsibilities: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
End to end payroll processing for 25 staff.
Preparing and raising invoices.
Bank reconciliations.
Financial reporting.
Office administration and data entry.
To be successful in this Accounts Administration role you'll ideally have the following: Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and end-to-end payroll.
Knowledge of NZ payroll legislation.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel and SharePoint.
Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
