Are you ready to lead multiple software engineering teams, driving innovation and technical excellence in cloud-based SaaS products, while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth? What You Will Do Team Leadership: Be a strong mentor and build engaged teams by coaching and inspiring your software engineers as well as our outsourcing partners. Oversee activities of direct reports (i.e., hiring, coaching, developing, appraising, rewarding, and motivating) to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence. Collaborate with peers in Product Management and Engineering in achieving the Product goals outlined in the overall Product Strategy and Product Roadmaps. Proactively manage the technical and architectural integrity of your products as per agreed methodologies and practices. Investigate and recommend new technologies as appropriate to ensure your products remain technically current and ready to support known and anticipated business needs. Deliver high-quality features, seek continuous improvement and enable rapid execution of the roadmap. Influence others, externally and internally, including senior management. Build trust, respect and collaboration with colleagues and reports. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Significant experience leading and/or managing technical teams (preferred) Substantial experience in Cloud Services and Web Application development; strengths in .Net environments would be an advantage Current software development experience on-the-tools is expected Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related areas (preferred) Significant experience working as a software engineer in commercial software development Demonstrable experience leading and/or managing technical teams Solid understanding and experience with agile software practices. Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills. Experience working within the modern DevOps process of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
