You have a willingness to jump into our legacy code to improve it when needed and are excited in learning about how our industry operates!What will you be doingJoining our Core Onboarding team at Serko, you'll play a crucial role in the activation and onboarding of new users into our system. In this position, you'll leverage data-driven insights to support a robust experimentation approach, developing innovative strategies to enhance our methods for attracting and registering new users. Your efforts will be instrumental in increasing the registration and activation rates of new users on our platform.What will you bringThis is a permanent full-time role where you'll bring your experience in: Working with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software that our customers love Producing clean, consistent and well-organised code that we regularly push to production on our technology stack: C# and Web API TypeScript, React and Redux MS SQL, Redis and Azure storage Azure infrastructure and platform services Working with the team to identify and implement improvements in our processes, practices and product Working in a "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, deploy, monitor and support their components that they own Leading design and adoption of modern technical practices such as DDD, TDD, CI/CD, pair-programming and mob-programming Mentoring and coaching other engineers.
