About the Role A senior role in the social and content team, offering specialist support and knowledge to all areas of the business as required.
Reporting into the content and social director, this is a key leadership support role, assisting outstanding client service and product delivery to all clients, upskilling direct reports on flawless agency process and execution.
This role also has a dotted line into the creative team. Working to coordinate with personnel on creative outputs for social and content campaign execution, alongside social and content director and client services teams as required.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualified supplemented by 4+ years of proven social media experience Advanced social media knowledge and growing understanding of commercial content creation across several channels Sound understanding of consumer insights principles Ability to consider stakeholders' requirements and their issues in problem analysis / solving and decision-making Ability to challenge others (internal, client or provider) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome Confident and articulate presenter and experience in selling to customers / third party stakeholders Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite Intermediate use of Photoshop Positive outlook encouraging cross agency collaboration and integration Future focused If this sounds like you, please apply directly via the job ad.
