The Role

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team, contributing to projects that epitomize excellence.
A key responsibility of this role is to uphold Livingstone values and purposes on site. Your role involves managing the site, prioritizing safety, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines without compromising on high standards and excellence. This position offers diversity, challenges, opportunities for training and inspiration, allowing you to make a significant impact on the project.
Other responsibilities of this role are:
Oversee Foremen, Carpenters, Apprentices, and sub-contractors
Deliver toolbox talks and H&S inductions
Identify and manage site risks as well as monitor QA & QC
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Manage client expectations and work collaboratively with all site staff
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Trade carpentry qualification
5+ years' experience in a hands-on carpentry position
Relevant H&S, WorkSafe guidelines, employment, and building compliance related legislation
Experience in leading people and site operations
Knowledge of CCA 2002 and Amendment Act and relevant construction contracts
Excellent communication and planning skills
