Together, you will be ambassadors for the platform within ICT and across various business units. This role involves assisting the Product Owner in executing the product strategy and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform across our group. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to business stakeholders, such as the Risk and Compliance team, Properties team, and Gaming teams, on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance their workflows.About You:You'll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has extensive experience in IT support within a large and diverse organization. With 8+ years of professional IT experience and 4+ years dedicated to ServiceNow in a support or implementation capacity, you bring strong analytical skills to the table. You have a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, a sound understanding of end-to-end customer experiences, and a proven track record in agile delivery environments. You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
