Your opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital team based out of Hamilton.
The purpose of this role is to maintain and support the DairyNZ Service Desk environment by providing a modern, consistent and reliable digital support service.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Key responsibilities include:

Full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Service Desk system
Manage and operate central management toolsets such as Microsoft Intune
Provide technical support to end users including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Deploy and manage supplementary solutions such as video conference room systems and digital signage across the country
System Administration including user setup, changes, and user permissions
Provide support on a range of incidents and service requests

About you
This position is for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving. A team player, able to provide support and advice to others with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
If you have experience as a service desk analyst, we want to hear from you!
The successful applicant will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a service desk analyst or similar role
A qualification in Communications Technology and Microsoft Certification
Experience working in complex environments with competing priorities
A team player mentality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience flexing from requests about specific software troubleshooting to something as simple as a password reset
A good understanding of Microsoft365, AAD, Intune, Entra, Exchange, and have the ability to solve problems.
