About the Role: As a Senior Security Analyst at The Instillery, you'll play a key role in safeguarding our clients' infrastructure and networks. You'll work within our Security Intelligence unit, which is part of our Managed Security Services offering, and be responsible for identifying, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients maintain a strong security posture, and your efforts will directly contribute to mitigating threats before they impact their business.
What You'll Do:
Incident Response & Detection: Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities in real time.
Threat Hunting & Analysis: Lead threat-hunting initiatives and conduct in-depth investigations to uncover hidden security risks.
Collaboration & Remediation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective remediation strategies to mitigate security threats and improve overall security posture.
Continuous Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain and monitor security systems to ensure their optimal functionality and generate regular reports on incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions.
Stay Ahead of Emerging Threats: Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies to stay one step ahead of potential threats.

What You Bring:
Experience in cybersecurity and incident response (3+ years), with a solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly to incidents.
Knowledge of security tools, technologies, and frameworks to monitor, detect, and mitigate threats.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks before they escalate into full-scale incidents.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
