This position will work closely with other members of the Risk and Compliance team to develop ongoing and future approaches to risk activities. As the Senior Risk Advisor, you will be responsible for:Working with the Manager Risk & Compliance to provide input into the development, implementation and review of the NHC Toka Tu Ake Risk Management Framework and Policy.Supporting the business units in implementing and maintaining adherence to the Risk Management Framework and Policy.Supporting business units in developing risk and compliance maturity.Managing the development, implementation and monitoring of the Risk Roadmap, as part of the NHC Toka Tu Ake Risk Management Framework.Your confident and engaging manner and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly build effective working relationships across all levels.
