Senior Regulator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of responsive, risk-based regulatory interventions, including accreditation, compliance, enforcement, information and education, and monitoring of the regulated sector. What You'll Do: Assist the Manager in developing and managing the team's work programme and projectsProvide coaching, direction, training and mentoring to other staff membersIdentify and actively manage business risksDeliver evidence-based recommendations around decisions on accreditation and regulatory interventionsLead investigations or enquiries within the industryContribute to the successful release of business change/improvementBuild effective relationships with stakeholders within the digital identity ecosystemWhat You'll Bring: Proven experience working in a risk-based regulatory and compliance function/roleDemonstrated ability to interpret legislation and apply it in an operational contextStrong planning and organising skillsAbility to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent oral and written communication skillsSalary: $135,000 - $148,000 per annum + Competitive Salary
