What you'll do Partner with all hiring managers across the business to provide industry expertise, understand business needs and execute the delivery of end-to-end recruitment across a range of specialised and strategic roles.
Work collaboratively within P&C and across the business to manage all internal and external hiring at Douglas.
Build proactive sourcing strategies, get creative in finding those hard-to-reach skill sets, and keep our talent pipelines full.
Lead the charge on improving our processes—whether that's streamlining workflows, leveraging AI to make recruitment more efficient, or just creating a smoother experience for everyone involved.
Position yourself as a Subject Matter Expert on all things recruitment, leveraging data analytics and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Manage compliance and ensure we have accurate, up-to-date records to support all our recruitment activities.
What you'll bring Recruitment know-how: An extensive background in internal recruitment, ideally with experience in large, complex organisations.
People skills: Superior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect and influence a range of personalities, and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Proactive sourcing: You're skilled at attracting and engaging passive candidates with creative sourcing strategies.
Multitasking mastery: Able to juggle priorities, stay organised, and meet deadlines.
