We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team, specialising in labour hire and skilled trades.
You'll be placing temporary workers into jobs across the built, manufacturing, transport, and warehousing sectors, working with a warm desk and existing relationships to nurture.
Responsibilities of the role: Identify, attract, and engage temporary workers in the skilled trades sector through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Match candidates to job openings, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process for both the candidates and clients.
Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability to enhance their hiring strategies.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring targets are met and processes are continually improved.
Work closely with your team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the labour hire or skilled trades sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
