Senior Project Manager - Tauranga Based

This is a high-rise project with over 6+ floors and we are looking for someone with solid vertical construction experience, delivering projects at height and scale.You are joining a developer who is delivering this project themselves. Get rid of those conflicts and deliver for your internal team, who will support and guide you along the way. With only ourselves to account for, we require someone who can deliver.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.Lead project teams and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project progress and any potential risks.Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and building codes.Monitor and report on project progress and budget to the Senior Management Team.Requirements:A proven track record delivering New Zealand or Australian commercial developments in both a Project and Site Management capacity.A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a project team.Sound knowledge of construction industry legislation, regulations, and standards.This is a job opportunity that pays well, offers a great working project that will be career-defining, while giving you the opportunity to live in one of NZ's best and fastest growing cities.To apply or to confidentially discuss further:If you have New Zealand-based Commercial construction experience, please email Darren A'Court at ****** or call 021 246 6013. #J-18808-Ljbffr
