We are seeking one experienced Pet Groomer to join our booming business.

About the Role: You'll provide an 'Awesome Experience' to our customers and their furry friends by ensuring grooms are completed to the highest standard all whilst keeping the salon clean and hygienic.

To be successful you'll need: Proven experience as a professional pet groomer. Strong knowledge of various breeds and standard grooming techniques. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Good communication and teamwork skills. Passion for animal care and well-being. If you are not a NZ resident or citizen, you need to: Have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Or, a relevant level 4 qualification. Or, a bachelor's degree or above. Job Responsibilities: Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair cutting and styling, nail trimming etc. Keep detailed records of grooming sessions and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment. Handle pets with compassion and care, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences and to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Work closely with our Head Groomer to continually improve skills and techniques. General reception duties, i.e., taking phone and in-person bookings, welcoming clients, taking payments.
