Join one of our clients as a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant for a 12-month contract with a leading consultancy organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll solution and excellent communication skills. This role requires stakeholder management, implementation experience with PeopleSoft, in-depth knowledge of the platform, and the ability to advise and educate on PeopleSoft. As a technical consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support for our clients' PeopleSoft Payroll solution. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, implementation-level experience with PeopleSoft, and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the platform to advise and educate our clients. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft Payroll solution
Lead and participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines
Manage stakeholder relationships, including conducting meetings, providing status updates, and addressing concerns
Utilise your in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Advise and educate the client on best practices and optimal use of PeopleSoft functionality
Contribute to the development and improvement of PeopleSoft systems, processes, and documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PeopleSoft technology
Required Experience:
Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, specifically with PeopleSoft Payroll solution
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft implementation methodologies and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft
Customer-facing experience, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies are a plus
