The OpportunityJoin a professional regulatory body as their talented People and Capability Lead on a part-time permanent basis.Reporting to the Chief Executive who has been described as open, capable, and positive, you will take the lead to develop and deliver upon the full spectrum of HR.This is a true generalist opportunity. With plenty of variety, you will operate across all HR functions to advise, influence and coach, as well as shape change and enhance a great team culture.The RoleProvide high quality, professional HR advice and guidance on all people mattersCollaborate with senior leaders to create an HR work programme and help foster high performing leaders and teamsDeliver across recruitment and retention, onboarding, reward and recognition, performance and growth, health and safety and wellbeingDraft templates, employment offers, contracts and variationsWork in collaboration to design, adapt and improve the employee experience and lifecycleSupport in the development of the organisations EVP, culture and staff engagementActively contribute to the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesIdentify areas for improvement in HR strategies, systems, policies, and processesBuild relationships throughout the business to ensure effective HR deliveryWhat's on Offer:This role offers challenge and an opportunity to contribute at a senior level.
