Join this fast paced, high functioning team, work alongside an engaged, collaborative and accessible manager.This is a small, high functioning team operating in an active payroll environment, who play a pivotal role in ensuring our staff get paid accurately and on time. Primarily you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Pamu's fortnightly payroll for all staff, the payroll is run through PayGlobal and includes approximately 620 permanent staff and up to 300 casual/temp employees.Working across the business, you will interact with our Farm Managers and internal staff, on payroll issues, provide day to day technical advice to other payroll staff, and act for the Remuneration and Benefits Manager when required. You will also work closely with external stakeholders/agencies, to ensuring that accurate information is provided, including checking preparation of PAYE payments.You will also get the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system.About YouWe are looking for a team player, who can hit the ground running and start contributing, it would also be great if you had:· Senior lever experience in a similar role· Strong knowledge of payroll processing and legislation including Wages Protection Act, Holidays Act and the Privacy Act· Working knowledge of payroll best practice, and understanding of finance, HRIS systems (workday would be an advantage) and reporting· If you have workday or PayGlobal experience, this would be an advantageBenefitsAlong with competitive salary, you will also receive Southern Cross Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and an extra day off at Christmas time.
