Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical CAD Designer, you will be involved in delivering medium to large scale, multidisciplinary projects that deliver high standard outcomes for AECOM clients.
What will a day in this role look like:
Managing and producing 2D and 3D CAD models, documentation and other technical tasks to agreed schedules including BIM
Ensuring the quality of drawing and documentation packages meet client expectations and comply with AECOM or client standards
Building relationships with internal clients and working closely with project managers and discipline leads to better understand deadlines and deliverable requirements.
Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?

10 years mechanical modelling and design experience
Appropriate tertiary qualification or practical experience
Seasoned experience in 3D modelling using Plant 3D and 2D drawings
Exposure and experience working across multi-disciplinary sectors and projects
Strong written and oral communication
Keen interest in developing digital engineering skills
