Role details: Title: Senior Marketing Specialist Type: Permanent full-time position Location: Te Awamutu Hours: 37.5 per week Days: Monday – Friday Key responsibilities include: Design, create, and deliver marketing strategies to support the growth and reputation of Te Wananga o Aotearoa's academic programmes. Leverage market, brand, and audience data to build marketing insights. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure clear market positioning and effective marketing plans. Implement portfolio planning, briefing, and quality assurance frameworks. Execute campaign and sponsorship plans in consultation with the reporting manager. Develop accurate and specific course materials, online information, course guides, and brochures. Champion the effective use of social media and other channels to reach target audiences. Proven track record in managing marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience in digital marketing. A good grasp of matauranga and tikanga Maori would be a big plus. You'll need to be proficient with tools like Google Analytics and have excellent analytical and communication skills. As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable. Apply today!
