As the Senior Manager Wealth (North), you will drive the growth and management of Fisher Funds wealth advisory services within your designated region, Auckland. Working closely with the GM Managed Funds, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to grow and maintain our client base, enhance our service offerings, and achieve the business' growth and performance targets.In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Wealth Advisors, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals whilst utilising the regional market potential. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that delivers exceptional client service and drives business growth.About you:To succeed in this role, you will be a strategic leader with a client-centric approach. Additionally, you will have a growth mindset and be able to develop and execute regional growth strategies while managing a high-performing team. You have a strong track record in business development, with the ability to expand a business' reach and build long-term client relationships.Your leadership style fosters collaboration, accountability, and professional development, ensuring your team delivers exceptional client service while meeting performance targets.
