We provide legal services locally and all over New Zealand in many areas of law.
We have a full-time position available for an experienced registered legal executive to join our team.Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for clients.Deliver to clients' needs across a wide range of matters.Manage your own files with support from senior lawyers and partners.Manage settlements, invoices, and statements.Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as a legal executive.A current practising certificate or Legal Executive qualification.Skilled in handling property transactions independently.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills.Motivated to provide excellent client service.Effective attention to detail.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Confident, self-motivated, and driven.High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.This role would suit someone who enjoys a team-based office environment, is looking to work locally in Westgate, and is seeking a role with challenge and responsibility.
