Senior Learning and Development Specialist - Customer and Digital Auckland Transport (AT) is leading the development of transport infrastructure and solutions that enable healthy and accessible communities. This critical role provides for the effective delivery of engaging learning experiences which ensures our people can successfully perform their roles with a high degree of capability & confidence. The role will provide facilitation of face-to-face and virtual learning solutions, including job training and coaching and developing the skills of those supporting on-job performance such as mentors, buddies, on-job trainers and people leaders to ensure the whole learning ecosystem supports a high performing environment coupled with exceptional customer outcomes. You'll bring your significant experience in the design and development of learning activities, resources and tools to support the implementation of integrated learning programmes. You'll easily connect with a wide range of audiences and have experience in facilitation of group learning experiences both in person and virtual settings. Ideally you will have extensive experience within a Customer Services setting; however, broader experience will be beneficial due to our collaborative and flexible team approach.
