Senior It Technician

Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and upgrade network systems, software, and computer devices that support the company's courier operations.
Manage and monitor the GPS tracking system to ensure that deliveries are made to the correct address and follow the planned route.
Supervise delivery operations, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to the GPS system and order management software.
Manage the data storage system for shipments, ensuring the security of customer and order information.
Monitor the performance of the delivery system and propose improvements and optimizations for the process.
Ensure the company's technology systems operate stably and securely, complying with information security regulations.
Provide appropriate training to new staff.
Work in a multicultural workplace.
May work on weekends and public holidays.
Any other duties reasonably required by the Director.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues quickly and effectively.
Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to job demands.
A proactive attitude in learning and keeping up with new technologies.
