Supporting the HR Business Partner in leading the HR Advisory service for the workgroup at an operational level, you will ensure that excellence in HR Advisory services & operations are maintained and to grow the pro-active capability of Te Tari Purekes' HR Advisory workstream.Through driving your own caseload and working in collaboration with other people functions, you will provide a variety of technical HR and ER advice and options to support the business in Change Management, Performance Management, and all other employment matters. Working with the Police Collective Employment Agreements and Police Policies is also a key part of the role.
