Te Haeata/The Opportunity We're seeking a coordinator to provide timely, high-quality administration and coordination support for the People Experience (PX) Performance and Strategy team based in Wellington. The team leads the development of strategic initiatives aimed at ensuring Tahu o te Ture has the capability, capacity, and culture needed to deliver on our organisational strategies and priorities.
The PX Governance Coordinator is responsible for providing timely, high-quality administration and coordination support for the governance function. The role primarily involves "traffic management" of people-related official correspondence, accountability documents, internal and external reporting, and memos and advice from the PX leadership team to senior leaders. You will be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
Other Responsibilities Include General administrative tasks to support the Director PX Performance and Strategy.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.Handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and guidance to improve PX governance service delivery.O Pukenga/Skills And Experience Our ideal candidate will have:

Utu a-tau/Salary The remuneration band for this role is $65,066 - $90,008. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
