Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours As a Manager within the Reward practice, you'll make a technical contribution to engagements and projects. You'll provide advice to clients on the reward and remuneration strategy, policy and processes, commercial and strategic implications of remuneration systems and processes, director fees, executive remuneration, cash and non-cash reward issues. In this role you will:
Participate in and lead Reward engagementsWork effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.Help clients design and implement people and remuneration plans which support the business and HR strategyConsult on remuneration strategy, remuneration frameworks, remuneration benchmarking, short and long-term incentives and executive and director remunerationUse market data to inform remuneration decisionsEnsure deliverables meet EY standards of quality and risk.O Pumanawa I What We're Looking For Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance with strong academic credentials preferred7+ years relevant experience post-graduation, ideally in either a large organisation or within a consulting or professional services environmentExperience of people and remuneration consulting projects essentialAnalytical skills, possibly with knowledge of financial modellingA collaborative team player who can build and develop relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.Our roles can also be offered on a flexible, and hybrid basis to balance your time between the home and office.
